Work Study Agreement

I agree to complete a 10 hour training course prior to starting my work study program.

I understand that I will make $12/hr. upon completion of the training program and those funds will be automatically applied to my student account.

I understand that I must complete my studies within 24 months after entering the work study program or I will be terminated from the program and will have to pay current tuition to complete my studies.

I understand that I will NOT recieve direct compensation for my participation in the work study program even if I do not complete my studies.

I agree to work 5 hours per week in the work study program performing duties assigned to me.

I understand that I must check in daily to recieve credit for my work study hours.

I understand that failure to report for work for more than 1 week without an excuse will result in my being placed on a 30 day probation during which time I will not be able to miss work.

I understand that failure to show for work for 2 weeks or more without an excuse will result in irrevocable termination from the work study program.

I understand that if I am terminated I will not have the opportunity to join the work study program again.

I agree to set my schedule on Sundays for the upcomming week and be present for the times I have selected.
